  1. Hello Fergus! The email we sent wouldn’t go through so we’re posting a reply on our blog. Hope that you’ll see it. ~Suds by the Sea

    Your question:

    “Hi, I was wondering…..
How do you get such awesome streaks and patterns into your soap? Also, how did you get the bubble wrap at the bottom of the soap?
    Just wondering.

    Our answer:

    “Howdy Fergus!

We have a little help from
    http://www.soap-making-essentials.com/soap-making-ideas.html ! We have
tried numerous patterns from their website, my personal favorite is the
“funnel pour pattern”. The funnel pour pattern may be difficult but it is
worth it! Pouring different color soaps into a funnel that is placed
directly in the middle of your mold, gives each bar a unique layered
design! To share an example of this, our “Coconut Lime Verbena” soap is
done in the funnel pour pattern. Our Oatmeal goat milk ‘N’ Honey soap is so
rich and thick because of its goat milk properties, which helps the
bubble wrap to stay at the bottom of the mold! 🙂

    Thanks for asking!
